ABOUT PROPERTY

  • We do provide service for Discharge of Charge for property owner to redeem the Original Title from the Bank upon the settlement of the housing loan and to remove the Bank’s name on the title.
  • Ownership Structures: Common forms include sole ownership, joint tenancy with right of survivorship, tenancy in common, and tenancy by the entirety.
  • Rights and Interests: Includes fee simple (highest ownership), leaseholds (rentals), and easements (rights to use another’s land).
  • Transfer of Property: Conveyance usually occurs via deeds, with title insurance and recording system to establish ownership.
